We have tested this unit by inserting a disc, which it read and played as the front counter showed. We also did the same with a cd and it also played, as can be seen in the close up photo.
We did not listen or play via tv because our test bench does not have a tv.
Only caveat is two knobs do not stay in place due to damaged plastic in the rear.
What Stated Condition Means
Our condition ratings for cosmetics are done visually and are, of course, subjective. Sonically are ratings are done by listening. If there is something we missed visually, or if there is something sonically that is not correct, let us know and we will work together to make it right.
